Annual transacting user growth in the beauty and personal care category for Nykaa

Nykaa's annual transactional customers in the beauty and personal care category increased by 24% in FY23.

The annual rise in transacting users is a healthy 24% from Q3 FY22 to Q4 FY23.

Comparing the growth to FY22's 43% growth, the growth is rather slower.

Growth in the segment was driven by four main factors—increase in per-capita beauty consumption, shift in traction from personal care to beauty, shift between online and offline formats, and a transition to an organised system of ecommerce," said Anchit Nayar, CEO of Nykaa's BPC segment,
